September Skin Reset

What about........ Wednesday!

What About.... a September Skin Reset?

September always feels a little like a reset to me.

New routines, getting back into a rhythm, and maybe finally tackling some of those things we've been putting off. Fall cleaning instead of spring cleaning maybe? Maybe not!😆

Well, if you're doing a little resetting this month, don't forget about your skin!

I've been slowly adding a couple of HydraGlow products to my own routine over the last few months, and September seemed like the perfect time to share what I've been doing.

My simple September skin reset

  1. Cleanse

Start with clean skin. This can be at night when you wash your face or even just in the shower - you could use the hydraglow cleanser, shower gel or bar soap - it's a good starting point for the rest of your routine.

2. Tone

I’ve been using the HydraGlow Toner since July every time I get out of the shower, and it’s become a regular part of my routine.

3. Moisturize

In August, I added the HydraGlow Moisturizer. The two have made a really easy combination for my everyday routine.

Right after I spray the toner and rub it in to my skin, I apply the moisturizer too. My skin has been drinking in the much-needed moisture.

And every now and then, when my skin needs a little extra TLC, I add in microdermabrasion, again in the shower, instead of feeling like I need to do ALL THE THINGS every day. 😂

This step has made my skin feel really soft too.

Next up to try is the Hydraglow mask. I’ll let you know how that goes. 😉

That’s really what I’m going for this September: simple and consistent.

You don’t have to completely overhaul your skincare routine to give your skin a little extra attention.

Sometimes adding one or two good products—and actually using them consistently—is a much better plan than trying to do everything at once.

Want to learn a little more about toner?

If you’re curious about what toner actually does, how to use it, or why you might want to add one to your skincare routine, I have a blog post that goes a little deeper.

It’s an older post, so it talks about an older magnesium toner mist that we had before the HydraGlow system came along, but there’s still some helpful information about toner and how to use it.

💙 Myra's Pick of The Week

For my favorite this week, can I choose two? I would choose the Hydraglow toner and the Hydraglow moisturizer.

The toner is so easy and quick to use and I'm really loving the moisturizer, even down to the neat container it comes in.

It has a push down section to pull the moisturizer up to you.

No hands in the cream AND nothing left in the container at the end.....no wasted product that you can't get out! 😊

This Week's Tiny Challenge

Choose ONE thing to give your face a little love this week:

Don't overhaul your entire skincare routine this week. Just add ONE thing.

  • Maybe it's toner.
  • Maybe it's moisturizer.
  • Maybe it's taking your makeup off before bed every night.
  • Maybe it's finding something you already have but haven't been using. Place it where you can remember to use it consistently.
Pick one small thing and see if you can make it a habit.

And there's one more September thing I want you to know about...

I've updated my September Scroll & Shop!

This is where I'm putting this month's bundles, favorites, specials, and other things I'm sharing throughout the month—all in one place.

The Scroll & Shop gets a fresh look each month, so I'll share the new one here at the beginning of every month.

And because it's September, there are some fun things on there—including a couple of HydraGlow bundles that go right along with today's email.

Here's to a fresh month, simple routines, and taking a little time for yourself. ❤️

Hey There! I'm Myra.

Born and raised a Southern girl, I am a Christian and blessed to be married to my high school sweetheart. We have 2 daughters, 2 sons, 2 dogs and 2 cats. We built our family through birth and by way of adoption. And yes my house is full and so is my heart! But enough about me, let’s talk about you. My favorite thing to do is encourage ladies around me to live their best life by finding positive and uplifting things to focus on, giving tips on things that have worked for our family, and sharing new things I find along the way. If that sounds like something you like too or something you need in your life, why don’t you stick around a while? I’d love to show you how to make Everyday Beautiful!

Memorials for 9/11 attacks on US

Friday, September 11th, 2026 25 Years. A somber anniversary. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the anniversary of this terrible day in our American history. I still remember where I was when I heard the news. Do you? I also remember the emotions I felt that day and the days that followed. We can "Never Forget" what happened that day, the lives lost, and the families left behind who are our fellow Americans. I'm praying for those families today and for our nation as we remember this sad...
